WHO WE ARE
For the story, “PATATE” means potato in French and “avoir la Patate” (literally: “to have the potato”) means to be energetic and cheerful, hit strong and right, to be dynamic. We apply it to the fitness world but also in our personal lives.
Patate creates events where you will be able to work out, learn some good recipes and try out other workshops.
Whether you are a professional Yogi or just like to run on Sundays, Patate will fit all of you.
Body Art, Yoga, AfroDance, cooking classes and more... our classes do not require any level! Our only goal is to offer workshops that will allow you to relax, enjoy and have fun while learning and exercising...

PATATE CHEFS & TRAINERS
Born in southern France, Manon started her dance career in the Conservatoire de Tarbes before moving to Bordeaux at the young age of 13 to study under Christian Conte and Martine Chaumet. Two years later, she was invited to the renowned Royal Ballet School of Antwerpen and work with some illustrious choreographers like Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Elke Schepers and Alexei Kremnev. In 2013, Manon received a scholarship to be a student at the Alvin Ailey School in New York City. Freelancing since, she dances with several companies like Smashworks Dance and ASDT.
Now a certified personal trainer through NASM, she’s finding a passion for fitness and training in a wide variety of classes focusing on body awareness and empowerment through movement.
